The Lee Institute helped open the dialogue among faculty from different academic programs to find commonality and start building bridges to ensure success for our students.

The Lee Institute has brought a professional and objective approach to the Mint Museum Auxiliary’s Strategic Planning Process, capturing the diverse ideas of our volunteers and distilling them down into a streamlined document with clear goals, objectives and action items for us to focus on for the next three years. The Lee Institute did in less than one year what would have taken our organization 3-5 years to do.

The Lee Institute was very helpful in guiding Catherine's House through a well-designed strategic planning process. Following the completion of focused research and interactive meetings, we emerged from the process with greater clarity regarding our mission and goals for the future. The process also assisted our Board and staff in affirming the strengths of the organization and how we might apply our unique resources to assist even more women and children who face homelessness.

Our first priority at Temple Israel is building and strengthening relationships with our members. Andi was instrumental in assisting our board and staff to identify valuable goals and strategies, with a genuine understanding of our needs.​

The Lee Institute helped us craft a public engagement framework that was flexible and met our goals. Through a suite of public engagement tools, we were able to meet our public engagement targets and build our own staff capacity.

There are few organizations who become part of your family forever by means of a fairly simple contract for consultation. It is about the level of care and the earnest effort of their staff to discern the issues, name them gently with grace and space, and then take you through the steps to recognize those truths corporately so that each stakeholder becomes a better part of the whole organization. Especially through their work with nonprofit board governance and training, that is the Lee Institute.

We are extremely grateful to The Lee Institute for sharing their expert knowledge of nonprofit board governance with the United Way’s Young Leaders program. Their recent presentation was armed with realistic and valuable information about board recruiting and operations, and the presentation was delivered with sincerity, expertise and passion. We are lucky to have The Lee Institute as a partner; they truly care about the community and strive to make a difference in every interaction they are a part of, from one-on-one meetings to large group presentations.
